Shipping policy

We operate a same day shipping policy for all purchases. 

All orders before 6pm Monday-Friday are shipped same day. Current collection times for Royal mail 7.30am and 4.30am. 

Saturday 10.30am 

No collections on Sunday (all Sunday orders are shipped for collection on Monday 7.30am)

All purchases are fulfilled and provided with a live tracking number.

Please allow 10 working days AFTER expected delivery date before filing a complaint for any item not received. This aligns with Royal Mails current policies and allows us to open a legitimate complaint for lost items. We CANNOT open a complaint before this timeframe has past.
